Today was much the same as yesterday- resting and relaxing in the same room. I've extended the stay another night and will check out on Monday around noon, the latest checkout time. Las Vegas visitors should begin to leave town on Monday, the end of the Memorial Day weekend.
Temperatures today reached 99 degrees, and the weatherman forecasted 100+ temperatures in the coming days. Las Vegas was built in the desert, and really was a modern day man-made oasis.
